Ordering
Secure: Once you would like to place an order, simply click on the 'Add To Cart' button below the item, the item will immediately go into your a SSL secure shopping cart. Your credit card details are not kept on file, or printed for your security.
  • Please make sure you enter your name and address into the shopping cart exactly the way it appears on your credit card statement. Your order will be delayed if you do not provide the exact Credit Card Statement Billing Address and name in your shopping cart.
  • To keep on shopping, simply click the 'Continue Shopping' button on your Shopping Cart.
Payment Method
  • Edie Sue accepts, Visa, MasterCard and Discover Credit Cards. We also accept Paypal for payment. There is an option in your shopping cart, as you check out to pay via PayPal.
  • Checks: We will also accept checks; these will be cleared before creation of your custom jewelry and/or shipping of product, which can take up to 5 working days. If you are paying by check, we will need to have your full name that is printed on your check and your physical address. There is a $30.00 fee for all bad checks. Make all check payments to: Edie Sue
  • Money Orders: I accept US Postal Money Orders only.
  • Paypal: If you are paying via Paypal, once you are in your shopping cart, you will be taken to your Paypal account.
  • After your order is placed, you will be kept in constant contact via email or phone on the status of your order and shipping. You will be notified once your payment reaches us, when your order goes out and any query will be answered promptly.
  • If you are paying via Credit Card, your item will be shipped as soon as your transaction has cleared. This usually takes no longer than three to five business days.

Pricing
All prices quoted are in American Dollars. All items are shipped 5 to 7 days after your order has been placed via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation which normally takes 2-3 business days to reach destination after leaving GoodFaithJewelry.com.
International Orders
If you are ordering from outside of the USA, please email me to confirm if I ship to your country, and to receive the most cost effective, safest shipping method for you. Items shipped out of USA are sent via Global Express Mail. Shipping normally takes up to five business days.
Ordering Problems
  • If you have any problems during shopping, please contact us via email sales@ediesue.com or phone 949.275.3127, your query will be responded to promptly.
  • No order will be shipped out until your credit card payment has processed. This can take up to three business days. Please contact me if you have any queries.
Shipping Information
All Silver Jewelry and gift products are shipped via Priority mail from Southern California within 5 to 7 business days of placing order. All orders within California will be charged 8.5% sales tax.
Free Shipping: all orders over $300 receive free shipping.
